Make it specific.
The best messages usually start with a real observation, a clear question, or a person who is quietly doing excellent work.
- A business I should notice: a shop, service, product, market, or customer experience with a useful lesson hiding in it.
- A founder or operator I should talk with: someone thoughtful, grounded, and more interesting than performative.
- A question worth a Field Note: something owners and curious builders would benefit from thinking through.
- A place worth studying: a city, country, or local business pattern that says something about how people buy, trust, and build.
